Large equipment

The Bandai Namco Group, which operates commercial game equipment and entertainment facilities, is responsible for equipment logistics. In addition to general storage and delivery, we provide total support for large equipment, including assembly and installation.
Some of the reasons why it is difficult to handle large products include that they are hard to carry and that delivery methods are complicated.

Based on our knowhow, we carefully simulate how goods will be received together with the customer who receives the delivery and provide support for problems such as “We want goods delivered, but we don’t know what kind of vehicle we should request,” or “We can’t determine the delivery route in light of product handling requirements.”

We provide regular on-site maintenance (*referring to a visit by a business operator to the requestor to respond to problems; also called home-visit maintenance) for equipment sold and owned by manufacturers and other large equipment. If you have concerns such as “We don’t have the personnel to perform maintenance” or “We want to be able to cover a larger area,” our maintenance experts can help you by conducting maintenance of the relevant equipment and take responsibility.

In addition to on-site maintenance, we propose a variety of measures using warehouses and vehicles.
For example, we can offer services unique to logistics companies, such as storing replacements in advance, collecting them on request, and providing one-stop repair services.
